Gulf Highlands is a gated community with 11 pools (5 are heated in the winter), tennis courts, dedicated pickleball courts, shuffleboard, 18 hole mini-golf, playgrounds, fitness center, private beach access with a pool, showers, a restaurant, and bathrooms on the beach.

Our homes are stocked with quality linens and everything you need for a relaxing vacation. 


Park your vehicles directly out the front door with our 2 assigned spaces. No elevators or parking garages!. 


Enter and exit the community from Hutchison Blvd. (Middle Beach) allowing you to avoid Front Beach traffic!


Our Units are conveniently located close to one another and both are just steps away from 2 pools, pickleball, the playground, tennis, and the fitness room.


All you need to do is arrive and relax.

The living space is downstairs - complete with a living room, half bath, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and sun room. The sunroom has a full size daybed with a twin trundle for additional sleeping.  The upstairs contains 3 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. 


The master bedroom has a king size bed and has access to the main bathroom. The second bedroom also features a king size bed and can access the main bathroom through the main hallway. The third bedroom is adjacent to the master bedroom. You must enter through the master. It has a queen size bed with it's own private bathroom.


Maximum Occupancy = 8 People

The living space is downstairs - complete with a living room, half bath, dining room, and kitchen.  The upstairs contains 2 large bedrooms and 1 full bathroom.   The private laundry room is located just outside the back door.


The master bedroom has a king size bed and has access to the main bathroom and the outdoor balcony. The second bedroom features 2 full size beds and can access the main bathroom through the main hallway. 


Maximum Occupancy = 6 People

One thing that sets us apart is that we launder every quilt and blanket after every stay..  


We find comfort knowing that everything is clean and fresh for each and every stay!!


Secondly, we believe that everyone deserves a quality vacation at a reasonable price.


We are a quick and easy 5 min walk from the door to the sugary white sand. 


There is a beach wagon available in the house for your use as well as beach gear in the deck box on the patio.

Sorry, we love our pets as much as you do but do not allow pets to vacation at our beach house.  

Everyone has different needs.  We have designed and stocked our unit based on our preferences and needs as well as our frequent guest requests.  


We are happy to send you a list of all the amenities you will find in our beach house upon request.
